NextGen EHR allows you to use a number of keyboard shortcuts within the application
by pressing the Alt, Ctrl, or Functions keys in conjunction with another key on your
keyboard. Keyboard shortcuts include:
Alt L - Log out from the EHR application
Alt M - Toggle the display of the Main Toolbar Alt P - Show the Patient Lookup screen Alt X or Alt F4 - Exit from the EHR application Alt F3 - Show the Work Flow module
Plus, there are desktop editing tools to help you save time editing text documents within the application.
Ctrl C - Copy the selection onto the Windows Clipboard
Ctrl S - Save Ctrl V - Paste the selection from the Windows Clipboard Ctrl X - Cut the selection Ctrl Z - Undo the previous step
