NextGen EHR allows you to use a number of keyboard shortcuts within the application

by pressing the Alt, Ctrl, or Functions keys in conjunction with another key on your

keyboard.  Keyboard shortcuts include:

 Alt L - Log out from the EHR application

 Alt M - Toggle the display of the Main Toolbar
 Alt P - Show the Patient Lookup screen
 Alt X or Alt F4 - Exit from the EHR application
 Alt F3 - Show the Work Flow module

Plus, there are desktop editing tools to help you save time editing text documents within
the application.

 Ctrl C - Copy the selection onto the Windows Clipboard

 Ctrl S - Save
 Ctrl V - Paste the selection from the Windows Clipboard
 Ctrl X - Cut the selection
 Ctrl Z - Undo the previous step
