    distribution/finance/Materials/manufacturing etc depending on function. Candidates with specific
    industry experience preferred(like aerospace, manufacturing, shipping etc). Highest paid by hour if
    previous implementation/SAP workexp. pref with domain/functional qual like CA/CFA or BE with exp.
    Functional consultants help tecno ppl to implement the SW by helping them with functional
    issues/consulting--ie. how work gets done/data flows in thet specific function/industry.

    2. Techno-functional: Middlemen between functional and pure techies. pref MBA's with BE. knowledge
    of systems/SQL etc plus reasonable understanding of business terms/terminology. map business
    reqmts to technology.

    3. Pure tech: Knowledge of ABAP or BASIS or Netweaver etc for SAP. should know screen/GUI
    customization or ABAP programming etc. BE preferred.
