Steak Teriyaki Sauce: Material

Material:
500 g beef sirloin, cut into 1 ½ cm in thickness
2 tablespoons butter
½ tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Teriyaki sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tsp sugar
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
½ tsp pepper powder
60 ml broth
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 hot pepper, diced small
1 green hot pepper, diced small
How to Make:
1. Season the meat with pepper, salt and soy sauce, set aside 30 minutes to allow the flavors to
infuse.
2. Heat the butter in a grill pan, roast beef with a reversedturning until cooked. Lift.
3. Teriyaki sauce: heat the butter, saute garlic until fragrant. Enter the broth and other seasonings.
Cook until boiling, remove and serve as a complement to the steak.
