Breading
1 cup flour
½ cornstarch
1 pack breading powder (tasty boy or big crunch)
½ tsp five spice powder, ginger powder, paprika, garlic powder
salt
pepper

Chicken Marinade
1 tbsp vinegar + 1cup milk
-- put in measuring cup and fill in with milk (rest for 3 mins)
-- add these after:
salt
pepper
paprika
ginger powder
garlic powder
five spice powder
-- mix with chicken and rest first (10-15mins) before coating
-- coat with breading before packing

Chicken Wings
-- coat with breading, then fry until cooked
-- 2nd frying for crispier skin

Soy Garlic
garlic butter Barbecue
2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp butter
½ tbsp brown sugar 3 tbsp bbq sauce
1 tbsp mirin 1 tbsp water
½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp sugar
-- cornstarch with water to thicken the sauce ¼ tsp paprika
-- coat on chicken, top with sesame seeds
Teriyaki
Garlic Parmesan 2 tbsp garlic butter
garlic butter 3 ½ tbsp mirin
½ tsp garlic powder 2 ½ tsp kikkoman
-- coat on chicken, top with parmesan 1 tsp ginger powder or grated ginger
1 tsp brown sugar
Sriratcha 1 tsp dashi or aji no moto
2 tbsp butter 1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp sriratcha sauce -- cornstarch with water to thicken the sauce
2 tbsp white sugar + 1tbsp water -- coat on chicken, top with sesame seeds
1 tbsp mayo
-- coat on chicken, dried parsley for garnish
Beef Marinade Base
soy sauce
liquid seasoning
worcestershire sauce & little oyster sauce
dash of brown sugar, salt and pepper

garlic garlic & more butter
1 tsp vinegar ½ tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp brown sugar 1 tsp seasoning
garlic powder sliced mushroom
-- top with garlic bits salt & pepper

Pork Marinade Base


soy sauce
liquid seasoning
little oyster sauce
dash of brown sugar, salt and pepper

Pork Adobo Pork Silog


garlic garlic powder
1 tsp vinegar banana ketchup
1 tsp brown sugar salt & pepper
1 laurel
½ tsp cracked pepper
-- top with garlic bits

Nachos Meat Salsa


500g ground round 1 can tomato
1 tsp cumin small red onion
2 tsp chili powder cilantro
1 tsp garlic powder 1 lemon
1 tsp white sugar 2 cloves garlic
½ tsp garam masala ¼ tsp cumin
salt & pepper to taste salt & pepper to taste
Spaghetti Sauce
garlic & red onion,minced, saute
ground beef, saute
-- add ½ small hotdog
½ cup spaghetti sauce + ½ tsp liver spread
2 tbsp cream
salt & pepper to taste
-- mix pasta
-- top with parmesan & Italian seasoning

Pesto Sauce
60 g basil leaves
1 cup oil
2 tbsp garlic
4 tbsp parsley
¼ cup garlic peanuts
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste

German Potatoes
heat oil
1 medium potato – cut and fry until sides are brown and potatoes are cooked, set aside
1 Hungarian Sausage – sliced and fry on same pan potatoes are cooked
-- add sliced white onion, saute
-- put back potatoes on pan
season with:
garlic powder
salt & pepper
1 tsp liquid seasoning
½ tsp worcestershire
dried parsley or basil for garnishing

Japanese Roasted Sesame Pasta


steam crabstick, slice, set aside
minced garlic & onion, saute
-- add tuna
3 tbsp roasted sesame dressing
1 tbsp oyster sauce
salt & pepper to taste
-- mix macaroni and crabstick
black sesame seeds or nori(cut in pieces) for garnishing
top with parmesan

Chicken & 4-Cheese Pasta


chicken poppers – put breading then fry
½ cup milk – boil
-- add 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp liquid cheddar cheese, 1tsp cheese powder, pinch grated cheese
-- add 1 tsp nutmeg
season with:
garlic powder
white pepper
dried parsley for garnishing
Aglio Olio
Olive Oil (Soya Oil Sub)
garlic, slice thinly, saute
-- add whole basil leaves, cook until wilted, remove, and set aside for later
-- add chili flakes, black pepper and salt on pan
-- mix pasta, add little water if needed to emulsify starch
-- mix the basil leaves (save some for garnish)
top with parmesan (optional or by request)
sprinkle with cayenne pepper

Chicken Parmigiana
chicken breast – season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
panko bread crumbs, add to breading
-- coat chicken and fry
-- top with tomato sauce (Hunt’s), grated cheese and quickmelt sliced cheese
-- bake on oven toaster until melted
-- top on Aglio Olio Pasta
dried basil for garnishing

Tuna Pasta
garlic,minced, saute
-- add in diced tomato, cook until very soft
tuna flakes in oil – put all contents on pan (oil included)
-- mix pasta
top with garlic bits & parmesan (or grated cheese)

Chicken Teriyaki
3 ½ tbsp mirin
2 ½ tsp kikkoman
1tsp ginger powder or grated ginger
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp dashi or aji no moto
1 tsp sesame oil

Mojos
potatoes – wash with skin on
-- slice and wash again until starch comes off
-- dip in milk with very little vinegar
-- dredge in breading then fry
