 Solan city has been selected for the

study where users of mobile

telephone will comprise the
population for the study.
SAMPLE SIZE
 A Sample of 25 respondents has been

drawn.

were collected on well designed

Magazines and internet.

 Simple tabulation analysis has been
followed for presenting the final

CONCLUSION
It may be concluded from the above
analysis that majority of the respondents
preferred Airtel services followed by BSNL
and Reliance. Good coverage and Easy
connectivity are reasons for Airtel while Low
call rates is the reason for BSNL. Full talk
time of the recharge value offered by
Reliance was the reasons for using this
service.
