1. Reliability Test:

Click on Analysis on toolbar, then Scale, then Reliability. Select the questions under each
sections and then click Statistics, Item, Scale and Mean. You're expected to have alpha
value that should be >0.6.

2. Factor Analysis:

If alpha value<.4 then click Data Reduction, Factor, Rotation (varimax), option (sorted by
size). Look at table titled rotated component matrix row wise in different columns. Sort
out lower coefficient values comparing to higher. There you got to eliminate some
questions which might have lower coefficient values. Run reliability test again.

3. Mean Value:

Click Transform, then Compute, double click mean in the right, define Target Variable,
and then double click each sub-dimension while keeping cursor in the right of Mean.
Click Ok.

4. Correlation:

Select the entire mean value then click Regression, Bivariate, you will have a table
termed Correlation.

5. Regression:

Scroll down in left end and click on Mean value to select dependent and independent
variable. You've 2 options e.g., linear as well as curve estimation. Each time select
dependent & independent variable. Last of all, click Ok. In former case you'll get
ANOVA and later Graph. If F value>than Sig. value means there is relationship and vice
versa.
