    All the students are hereby informed that Govt. Post Graduate College, Solan is
    the venue for the Debate/ Declamation contest to be held on Aug 30 th, 2010. The
    Topic for the aforesaid information is” NASHA NIVARAN”, the drive patronized by
    Information & Broadcasting Deptt. Solan.
