Folklore Dance-singing Group”OHRIGJANKA” from Ohrid, Rep of Macedonia is organizer of

international folklore festival are “Macedonia Sun” – 10 – 14 August “Balkan Children’s
festival”of folk songs and dances, 15–19 August, in cooperation with the travel agency.
“GZALE TOURS”-Ohrid
Festivals are international and are participating ensembles from around the world. They are organized
together in order to enjoy the various cultures through games, music and colorful nosii.Uchesnicite
despite zapoznavajnjeto with different cultures from many countries in the world will have the
opportunity to socialize and gain new friendships.
In addition participants have the opportunity to get acquainted with the beauties of our town of
Ohrid,which is protected by UNESCO along with Lake Ohrid. Http://www.Ohrid.com.mk

ORGANIZER OF THE FESTIVAL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

1. Accommodation of participants in the Hotels to shore of
Lake Ohrid 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, rooms each with bathroom and wc.
2. Meals(there daily) during the Festival.
3. Entertainment - excursions for all participants.
4. Certificates and memory gifts for all groups - participants.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF FOREIGN FOLKLORE GROUPS:
1. Each participants group is consisted of 35-45 members ,
including administrators teacher and musician.
2. Each troupe should bring flag of their country with them;
3. Be prepared to present 15 – 20 minutes performance.

Festival free is 75 euro, per participants, which to cover the hotel and meals, local
transportation expensies (group arrived by airplane) as well as other production costs.

FESTIVAL PROFRAM:
1. (August 10) (August 15) Arrival of participants and there accommodation.
2. (August 11) (August 16) Review of Ohrid and visit cultural and
historical,monimensts, Samuel, a fortress, the site Plaoshnik, Chureh St., visit the Chures of
St.John Kaneo, anfiteatarot, eathedral church “St.Sofia”.
3. (August 12) (August 17) Parade of participants through the Ohrid Bazaar Ensemble
and each square should be introduced with a short choreography of 5 min, joint concert of the
participants in front of the house of culture “Grigor Prlichev-Ohrid”.
4. (August 13) (August 18) Outing of the participants in the ship “St.Naum”, and the
picnic participants with the ship in St.Naum, if weather conditions permit. Besides the
monastery complex of Myra “St.Naum” – will visit Priorities od the River and the confluence
of the river in Lake Ohrid. and free beach activites.Parade of participants through the Ohrid
Bazaar and official performance of the participants,Center for Culture Prlicev Ohrid.
5. (August 14) (August 19) Gradition ceremony for participation in the festival and
Departure of participants.
Registration of participants and payment of 10% fee no later than May 15. 2011
