Dear Sir/Madam,

We are a small group of Media A-level students from Sheldon

School and are currently in the process of shooting a short film for
our final project. We were hoping that, with your permission, we
will be able to shoot a number of scenes of our film within your
facilities. We wish to use a small section of the upper level of the
building and will make sure that the area is left to the standard
that it was when we arrived.

We appreciate that you are a busy company, therefore, if you

accept our request, we would like to agree upon a suitable time
that you are not busy in order to avoid disturbing any other
customers. We will also be purchasing food and drink as we film.
Our short film is roughly five minutes long, therefore the shooting
will take place in a small amount of time as it is a small section of
our film.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. We would

be extremely grateful if you would allow us to film for this short
time.
