Dear Parents/Carers,

As part of year 2 Geography this term, children are learning about the local area. In order to support their
learning I would like to take the children on a walk around the local area and take some photographs that we
can match to maps. This will take place on Tuesday 20th September.
Unless we hear from you to the contrary, we will assume you are happy for your child to take part in this
activity.
Also, if you have any old photographs of the local area that we could borrow, please could you send them in
for us to have a look at.
