Account Manager Profile.

Detailed Process Flow.


1. Requirements are generated . (Source Delivery to PSD- RMG )
2. Requirements are sent to Agencies.
3. Account manager Forwards the Requirement to the Recruiters.
4. Profiles are submitted to Account Manager.
5. Account managers then Forward the CV’s to the PSD.
6. Preliminary Round of Interview is conducted on Phone.
7. Candidate is sent to the client site for Face to face interview
8. After Selection - Candidate is informed .
9. Doc’s ( Passport , CV’s Form and Applicant Id Form ) are submitted to
the recruiters.
10. From Client Selection details with Commercial and On Board form is
recd.
11. Work order is made and sent to Invoice and Payroll dept.
12. Offer Letter is released to the Candidate.
13. Candidate Joins and then BGV is done within 21 days and report has
to be submitted to the Tech Mahindra.
