Join Brice Cutrer Jones of Emeritus Vineyards in his inaugural Colorado wine dinner at Opus
Restaurant. Brice founded Emeritus in 1999, shortly after departing his namesake, 26 year-old
winery, Sonoma-Cutrer. Needless to say, the folks at Opus are excited to have an individual
with his wealth of knowledge and experience teaming up with them for this dinner. After much
discussion, research and tasting, Opus Chef Sean has developed a special, four course menu to
