 Installation

The turbo is installed in the exhaust manifold of

the engine, which utilizes the exhaust pressure
and in turn compresses the intake air.
 Modifications Required
• Better cooling system.

• Strength of engine parts should be rechecked

• Alteration in exhaust manifold

• Alteration in intake manifold as well

 Advantage
•Increase in Vol. Efficiency

•Increase in Power

•Decrease in exhaust emission

•Increased boost.
 Result expected
• Increase in power upto 35%
• Better engine life after the modification
• Can meet overload condition in the generator
