The pairings include strawberry rhubarb pie with Burundi Bwayi coffee, pre-season Croatian olive oil with vanilla ice cream, and a Marteani cocktail with ginger liqueur, bourbon and blueberry coulis. Other pairings are toffee bacon nuts with iced coffee horchata, light Honduran coffee with brown sugar plantains, and Mayan dark spice chocolate with Uganda Bugisu coffee.
