What is bullying

Bullying isn’t a one-off action but repetitive. Each incident may be trivial but added together they

are serious. Bullying can include:

constant nit-picking

refusal to give credit for good work

yelling and standover tactics

threats of dismissal

setting impossible deadlines

removing work without good reason

imposing menial or meaningless tasks

withholding necessary information

constantly changing work goals

distorting what you say

isolating and ignoring

public humiliation.
