The paradigm above shows how the theory of Jean Watson applies. On the left side box are the things
that are involved for the process. The middle box shows the process or how it is applied, as it is said in
the box it’s the nurse that applies the ten carative behaviors when caring and establishing an
interpersonal relationship to a client. The right box contains the probable output when the proper
application of the model is applied. The outcome would be a better care has been rendered and a good
interpersonal relationship is established.
