I am here today to talk a little bit about Beta Alpha Psi!

First things first, this is going to be a short presentation and I won’t be able to tell you everything I would
like so please know that all of this information is available on our website

Beta Alpha Psi is a professional organizations dedicated to academic excellence and service. BAP has
stringent requirements that are listed on the website. i.e. 3.0 GPA, enrolled in 300 level accounting
course….

We have a couple of events coming up which I will encourage all of you to participate in. The first is

Interest meeting for BAP and the ACC Club also on September 14 th @ 9pm in JS 236 (write on board)

There will be alumni, faculty, members, and candidates who will talk about Beta Alpha Psi and how
much they enjoyed as well as how most of them have a job directly because of the exposure they
received to the professional community in BAP. There will also be food and drinks!

We also offer tutoring, service events like Relay for Life and Junior Achievement, as well as a great
opportunity to meet a lot of people who are interested in accounting just like you.
