This document contains the results of blood gas and electrolyte tests from 9/23/10 and 9/30/10. The 9/23/10 tests show normal pH, PCO2, PO2, TCO2, HCO3, BEb, BEecf, SBC, SO2, and O2 levels. The 9/30/10 tests show a normal A/G ratio and globulin level but a decreased total protein and albumin. The decrease in total protein and albumin could be due to decreased synthesis from malnutrition, liver disease, or other chronic diseases, or increased loss from conditions like nephrotic syndrome or GI issues.
