 The impact of back ground music on sales .

 The influence of music on mood of the customers

LIMITATIONS:
 The study was restricted to the Chennai city, which
could be hardly considered as the representative of
entire country.

 The error, known as response error could arise due to


the information given by respondents because of bias.

 Number of respondents who observed the back
ground music is of 70% and those who doesn’t are of
30%.
 Music which affects the mood of respondents 75%
says yes and 25% says no.
 Music which has longed the stay of the respondents is
of very less of 70% when compared to 30% of them
who longed their stay.
 Respondents who responded to in which sector music
can be played is more to readymade show rooms is of
38% and next comes is that of books and retail shops
which is of24%.
