ii. Picure Story Writing
iii. Group Discussion

2. The psychological Test:-

a. Intelligence Test
i. The verbal tests
ii. The non verbal tests.
b. Psychological Test
i. Word Association Test(WAT)
ii. Thematic Apperception Test(TAT) or Picture Story Test
c. Situation Reaction Test(SRT)
d. Self Description

3. The Group Testing Officer's(GTO) tests:-

a. Indoor Tests
i. Group Discussion
ii. Lecturing or speech making
iii. Group Planning
b. Outdoor tests:-
i. Group tasks and command tasks.
ii. Individual Tasks

4. Personal Interview:- Duration 30 - 45 minutes
