– Good job, loving relationships. Money, a possession, health or
peace of mind

• “The Maze” is where you look for “Cheese”


– The organisation you work for, the family, the relationship or
the community you live in

• “Cheese Station C” – Comfort


• “Cheese Station E” – Empty
• “Cheese Station N” – New Cheese

• Describe your feeling when I ask you to change seat?
– Change happens daily
– Change happens to everyone
– Change can lead you to something better
– Change cause resentment & confusion when not given
adequate explanation
– Change is less stressful when you know what and why

• The more important cheese is to you, the more you
want to hold on to it.
• Our general fear of change may force us to hold on to
outdated ideas that we should have let go of long ago.
• Even if a change appears difficult, gains can come from
it.
• Consider the possibility that the gains could outweigh
the losses.
• Haw realised that it was safer to be out in the Maze
than to be in a “cheese-less” situation.
