Digital Culture) program and the Clark County Historical Museum. It will encourage the pursuit of
writing in its many forms as a means for communication and creation. Students will take an active role
in its production and planning. The overall purpose of the event is to develop leadership in the fostering
of civic engagement and critical thinking. In addition, this event will benefit students by offering
opportunities for engagement and learning, as well as proactive partnerships between the university and
community.

Bill 20.022: The Student Diversity Club would like to show an award winning documentary about
Persian History. The club will provide high quality ethnic food so that students can experience a portion

learning opportunity outside of classroom in a fun environment. History professors along with other
instructors on campus are helping promote this event and possibly give extra credit opportunities to
students for participating. The club will be partnering with other interested groups and departments such
