SPORTS COURT REPORT

Dear Parish Family,
Time has come for another update for the Our Lady of Guadalupe Sports Court/ Parking Lot. Things are
looking GREAT for our project! We have just finished our Brother Kelly’s Cookie Sale in which we raised just
under $4,000 for the Sports Court. Every week we continue to see the donations come in by way of checks
and cash in the buckets. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!
Please take time to think and pray as to how we as a Parish can come together and finish this project. We
need a total team effort to get our lot finished. WE NEED YOU!

PROJECT CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

When you read this, we will have been to the City of
Oceanside’s Planning Department with our plans. Unfortunately,
I cannot tell you what additional requirements we must meet
until we have met with them. Our engineers feel good about the
package and are confident that we can meet the city’s
requirements. As soon as we have an approved package we can
go out for bid and our project will then become a reality. Thank
you for all the effort and contributions. We have a ways to go
but with your support we will get there.

Hispanic Food Sales: $2,622.00 40% of our
Sale: $423.00 $330,000 goal and
Brother Kelly’s Cookies Sale: $3,987.00
Grand Total as of March 11, 2011: $132,862.00 60% to go!

3/$15: An easier way to look at raising funds

Will you commit to three months of giving $15 per month? If most
families would help, that is all it would take to finish this project.
