Closing spring guide

By our group observation at MPM factory firstly to produce the Closing Spring Guide part

1) Raw material will be cut about 0.5 meter as a reference by factory

2) Then the production will progress for the next step.
3) To make the closing spring guide, the raw material of the rod will cut to the desired
dimension that specified by customer drawing design. All the processes cutting the
rod will made by cutting machine.
4) After all the raw material (rod) have cutter, the next step is to bring all the part to the
CNC machine that located at another factory about 15m from the main factory. It will
take about 60 sec to bring the product to CNC machine.
5) At the CNC machine, the progress of the product will be made. The CNC machine
will make 3 process (drilling, inner threading and outer threading)
6) Program to make the product at CNC machine to run three processes have made by
maintenance worker before the process start.
7) As i ask the worker at CNC machine he tell that the CNC machine run 22hours per
day and will produce about 300 product of (closing spring guide)
8) After all the CNC processes have finished, the product will bring to the main factory
again to make a drilling process and polishing process manually by worker.
9) The drilling process will take over the product to make a hole at the rod.
10) Then the polishing process to produce smooth holes make by drilling process.
11) After the polishing process finish, the product will bring to the quality control
department either the product follow the specification or not.
