Punctuality is also very important for completion of work. Cubicle and maintaining decorum at workplace Loud music should not be played in the cubicle. No shouting across the room, use intercom. One should not talk loudly on the phone. Parking Do not misbehave with the attendant. Park at the designated place. Do not occupy two parking spaces or block other vehicles when you park. Handling Grapevine Do not encourage grapevine. Do not pass on incomplete , distorted or less credible information. This can cause wastage of time, and the fast spreading nature can cause damage to the organisation. Maintaining Confidentiality Do not disclose confidential things in or outside the organization. Telephone Etiquette Do not talk loudly on the phone. Do not use the office phone for personal use. Netiquette Do not use social networking, job sites, pornographic or any site not related to work. Don’t use the office computers for personal downloads blocking the bandwidth. Do not use the office computers and printers for personal use. Office Parties Do not drink too much at formal parties.
