The P&G Resident Scholar Program (RSP) is a unique job shadowing experience designed to expose exceptional minority
high school students to careers leveraging science or engineering backgrounds. Program participants are exposed to the
exciting world of Research & Development at P&G. They have the opportunity to visit several of our Cincinnati technical
centers as well as our Global Headquarters located in downtown Cincinnati. Through hands-on experience they have
opportunities to interact with scientists and engineers across the company. By the completion of the one week program,
participants leave with a better understanding of (1) Applying a science/engineering background to research, (2) Working
cooperatively in a team, and (3) Building a consumer product. The RSP experience continues through high school
graduation with opportunities for training, mentoring, and leadership development, including opportunities to return to P&G
as summer interns.

This program will take place June 6, 2011 - June 10, 2011.
