Position : Management Trainee

Location : New Delhi (Saket Office)

Package : The compensation could vary from R. 4.00 Lacs to Rs. 7.00 Lacs out of
which a major portion is cash in hand.

Job Description
• Actively work and support research on multiple sectors with
synthesize information leveraging internal technology sources
and systems and external information networks.

• Source candidates and assessing their relevance for the position

in question.

• Ensure set documentation and methodologies are diligently

followed as part of the process.

• Supplement business development efforts and assist in preparing

presentations and industry reports for potential clients.

• Identify, build relationships and network with CXO’s across

sectors

• Analyze and study organization structures in order to identify

potential leads and business targets

• The duration of the MT Programme is 6 months after which

based on performance you would be promoted to Research
Associate.
