Twisted Bun

Step 1: Make a deep left-side part and

gather the top section of hair from your
forehead to your crown. Apply a squirt of
texturizing spray, and then roll the hair away
from your part to form a tight twist. Hold
the twist tightly while you grab an elastic.

Step 2: Pull the rest of your hair into a low

pony behind your left ear, and secure the
ends of your twist in the ponytail too.
Separate the pony into two sections. Twirl
one section into a twist, and wrap it around
the elastic to make a small bun, leaving the
hair in the other section loose.

Step 3: Pin the ends of the small bun against

the back of your head. Next twirl the rest of
your loose hair into a twist, and wrap it
around the outside of the smaller bun; pin
the ends underneath. Smooth flyaways with
a dab of shine wax.
Pretty Waves
Step 1: Create beachy waves by spritzing a
texturizing spray all over towel-dried hair,
then letting it air dry.

Step 2: Make your waves fall nicely by

running a flat-iron over two-inch sections of
the top half of your hair. Straighten bangs,
and pin back one side of your hair with a
cute clip.

Step 3: Add definition and shine to your

waves by rubbing a smoothing cream onto
the ends.
Sleek Side Bun
Step 1: Start with unwashed hair, and
divide it into two-inch sections. Run a flat-
iron over each one to polish your strands,
flipping your wrist inward at the bottom to
curl ends under. Use a mini flat-iron to
flatten any stubborn strands along your
hairline.

Step 2: Run a shine serum through your

hair to protect fragile ends and add
definition. Then create a deep side part
that starts just above the outer edge of
your eyebrow. Sweep the shorter front
pieces across your forehead, then gather
and twist the rest of your hair into a low
bun at ear level.

Step 3: Secure the bun by wrapping an

elastic tightly around it. Then use a rattail
comb to loosen a few pieces around the
bun. Be careful not to pull them all the way
out — just lift them up a little to get a
softer, fuller shape.
Updo Knot and Side
Coil
Step 1: Blow out your hair so that it's
straight. Distribute a light smoothing
serum throughout your hair.

Step 2: Take a one-inch section of hair

from above your left ear and leave it loose
while you work on the rest of the style.

Step 3: Pull the rest of your hair into a low

ponytail, and secure it with an elastic.

Step 4: Divide the ponytail into two halves,

and coil each half around the base of the
ponytail in opposite directions to create a
bun. Secure it with four or five bobby pins.

Step 5: Create a light twist in the one-inch

section of hair you set aside in step 1, then
coil it flat against your head, above your
left ear. Secure it with a bobby pin.
Headband Twist
Step 1: Take a 3-inch section from
behind your ear.

Step 2: Divide in half; twirl each

piece, and spritz with hairspray.

Step 3: Crisscross the pieces into

a long twist, and fasten with
bobby pins.
Twisted Knot
Step 1: Mist damp hair with a wave
spray, and scrunch to create beachy
texture.

Step 2: Make a deep side part, and

sweep the front of your hair across
your forehead to the opposite side.

Step 3: Roll it into a loose twist, and

bobby-pin it behind your ear; then
gather the rest of your hair into a
messy bun, and secure with an elastic.
Woven Braid
Step 1: Gather just the sides of your hair (from
your temples to the tops of your ears) into a
wide French braid and secure with an elastic,
then wrap a small piece of leather around it for
a boho feel.

Step 2: Gently, tug the braid to loosen it some

more; add gloss with a shine spray.
Glam Braids
Step 1: Keep hair in place by creating a
deep side part, then use a mixed
bristle brush to smooth down flyaways
and frizz.

Step 2: Apply a small amount of

pomade to your fingers to give shine
and hold to the braid. Start French-
braiding a three-inch piece of hair at
the full side of your part.

Step 3: Pull the rest of your hair into a

low side ponytail. Wrap the ponytail
around its base to form a bun. Secure
with bobby pins.

Step 4: Hold your style in place with a

mist of light-hold hairspray. Apply a
little extra on the braid to keep it from
unraveling.
Ballerina Bun
Pull hair into a high, tight pony, then
twist to create a bun. Leave out a
piece of hair underneath to wrap the
outside; pin it in place. Next, smooth
flyaways with hairspray.
Spiral Cascade
Step 1: Finger-comb a curl-enhancing
mousse through wet hair, then flip your
head over and dry with a diffuser for
bouncy spirals.

Step 2: Divide your hair in half from ear to

ear. Gather the top half into a high pony,
and let the bottom hang loose. Position
your pony on the top of your crown so it
looks super-bouncy, and then tighten your
elastic a few times for an extra boost.

Step 3: Add a sweet touch to a sexy outfit

by sliding on a colorful satin headband with
a bow.

Tip: No time to wash? Spritz your curls with

water before scrunching them with mousse
as a quick refresher.
Rolled Do
Step 1: Rub a bit of styling wax into your
palms, then onto dry hair. (It will give your
strands some grip.) Part your hair slightly off
center, then roll the front section of one side
into a twist, pinning it against your head as
you go.

Step 2: Repeat first step on the opposite side.

When both sides are complete, cross the
twisted ends of your hair over each other
and tuck them in, pinning any loose wisps
against your head. Use hairspray as you go to
prevent flyaways from slipping out.

Step 3: Secure your hair with plain bobby

pins to make sure it won't budge, then use a
pretty hairpin to accessorize. Place it at the
nape of your neck.
Soft Waves
For a smooth and voluminous effect,
wrap sections of hair around the
curling iron, rolling in a spiral shape
until about ear level. Hold hair in the
iron for 10 seconds, then release.
Pinned Curls
Step 1: Wash your hair, then apply an
antifrizz serum before drying with a
diffuser. When hair is completely dry,
split it into three horizontal sections:
one at the crown of your head, one at
the back, and one at the nape of your
neck. Secure each with a clear elastic.

Step 2: Brush the sides back so that they

lie tight and flat against your head. Push
the top elastic forward toward your
forehead to create a little volume at the
front. Take the two bottom ponies you
created in the first step and bobby-pin
the ends over the elastics so your curls
cover them.

Step 3: After you pin the ends of your

curls over the elastics, pull some strands
loose to give your style a softer look.
Use a squirt of hairspray on each section
that you pin up to make sure all your
hair stays in place
Half Updo: Classic
A cool barrette is easy yet pretty for a
night out with the girls. Spritz damp
hair with the shine spray from your
everyday kit, then pull the top of hair
back into a half pony. Twist it, then
fasten with a barrette.
Curly Undone Bun
Step 1: Wash your hair, and while it's
soaking wet, apply a moisturizing curl
cream. Then blow-dry using a diffuser,
scrunching up from ends to roots.

Step 2: Gather your hair into a high pony

at your crown, and secure it tightly with a
strong elastic. As you tie the elastic
around the final time, leave the ends
tucked in to create a small bun.

Step 3: Use an extra dab of curling cream

to slick back any loose tendrils that fall
down around your hairline. Clip in two
barrettes about one inch up from your
bun.
Flirty Curls
Step 1: Spray a curling gel onto towel-dried
hair to shape curls and tame frizz.

Step 2: Flip your head over, then use a

diffuser attachment to dry hair from roots
to ends.

Step 3: Sculpt your curls by wrapping two-

inch-wide sections around a one-inch-wide
curling iron. Hold for 10 seconds.
Swept-Away Hair
Step 1: Keep your waves smooth by
applying a hydrating cream evenly
through damp hair.

Step 2: Add piecey texture to your hair by

applying a curl-enhancing spray all over
before you blow-dry.

Step 3: Define your waves by drying hair

with a diffuser as you scrunch it. Stop to
add curl enhancer if your waves need
more definition.

Step 4: Once your hair is dry, create

smooth, side-swept bangs by brushing
the front section forward and to the side
with a paddle brush.

Step 5: Hold the side-swept section in

place with bobby pins, then mist it with a
light-hold hairspray to fight flyaways.
Big Bangs
Step 1: For soft, full waves, apply a golf-
ball-size dollop of volumizing mousse to
damp hair. Massage the mousse from
roots to tips, then let your hair air-dry.

Step 2: Create soft volume by teasing

the hair at your crown. Loosely pull back
the sides of your hair with your fingers,
and secure with a barrette in the back,
just below your crown. Next, curl the
hair that's left down by wrapping two-
inch sections around a one-inch-barrel
curling iron. Smooth your bangs to the
side with the curling iron, moving
quickly from root to tip.

Step 3: Add depth to your hair color

with color-boosting drops — the
dimension and shine actually make your
hair look fuller. Smooth it on the ends of
your bangs and on random pieces
throughout.
Edgy Side Twist
Make a side part. Starting from the
front, roll a small section of hair back,
adding more hair from the side as you
go. Gather at the nape of your neck and
secure into a loose pony.
Summer Twists
Spritz texturizing wax onto damp
strands, and let hair air-day. Take a two-
inch section of hair at your hairline and
divide it into two equal pieces; twist
them around each other until you reach
the ends, and secure with a clear elastic.
Repeat on the other side, then gently
tousle hair so the twists blend into your
hair.
Glam Pony

Pull hair into a loose pony and fasten

with an elastic. Wrap a section of hair
from underneath around the elastic,
and secure on the underside with a
bobby pin. Then pull two pieces from
the front around to the back of your
head, and secure with another pin.
Hair Bump
Step 1: apply mousse to damp hair
and blow-dry. Divide hair into two
parts: top and bottom. Leave the
bottom to dry naturally. For the top,
wrap one-inch section of hair around a
small brush and blow-dry

Step 2: wind each section around a

Velcro roller while hair is still hot.
Spritz volumiser on roots. Cool hair
before unrolling.

Step 3: tease by pulling the hair up;

use a bristle paddle brush to push hair
down towards the roots. Start near
your forehead and work backwards.
Leave a section in front to smooth
over the top. Criss cross bobby pins to
lock hair in place before using
hairspray
