Dear Ms.Gramaje,

In behalf of the Administration of ISHRM School System, Inc, I am pleased

to formally advise you of your appointment as Registrar.

Being a registrar entails greater responsibilities for the effective and efficient
management of your department. As such, it is expected of you to devote eight (8)
hours daily from Monday thru Friday, as well as to report for work during Saturday
from 9am to 12nn, in order to accomplish whatever administrative task is required of
you. During the semestral and summer breaks you are also required to report to
work.

In connection with your appointment, you shall receive a monthly salary of

Thirteen thousand pesos (P13,000) starting June 15, 2009. As an aside, SSS, PAG-
IBIG, PHILHEALTH and other contributions will be deducted from you on a regular
monthly basis.

This appointment shall be effective for one (1) school year only. Its renewal
for the next school year shall be dependent on your performance as registrar.

Again, the Administration is very much pleased and congratulates you for
this professional growth of yours in the School.
