Reflection
I did my circuit 3 times a week. I did the circuit on Friday, Wednesday
and Saturday. It was harder to do it at home tan at school as at school we did
everything in a closed area with air conditioner which kept us cool. Then at
home I did in the sunlight which made me feel thirstier at times through the
circuit. Though I never drank water in the middle of the circuit. Sometimes
like in the 3rd week I was extremely busy on Thursday so I had to move it to
Tuesday. The other problem was setting all the stuff. For Zig Zag etc we had to
put cans/rocks which took time. So it took me twice the amount of time in
total than it should. Doing sit after burpees was hard so I changed sit ups with
paddler so it was easier. One of the other problems was finishing at time.
After I started the exercise I lost track of 1 minute on my stopwatch and
sometimes I did some exercise for about 2 minutes
