Subject: Outstanding Fees A/c Faiza Gilani K070058 B.B.A

Respected Sir,

This is with reference to the letter I received dated March 16, 2011 regarding
outstanding dues of my daughter Ms. Faiza Gilani having roll no 07-0058 studying
in last semester of BBA. It was surprising to find out through the letter that Rs.
13,700/- is still outstanding on accord of tuition fee of Faiza Gilani.

In this respect please be informed that at the time of submission of fees in 7 th

semester, it was being informed by the institute regarding the change in fee policy
during August 2010 of FAST NUCES from that semester, institute requires student
to submit fees for all five courses (offered) which was Rs. 70,000/- respectively
(68,500 course fee and 1500 student club fee). However, at that point of time, she
was attending only 4 courses.

According to the Fees Notice No. 242/10, Subject Revised Tuition Fee Policy,
Dated October 28,2010, my case falls under the category of Clause No. 3 Section 2
a which states that “If a student may not be under academic warning but the
university offers him fewer than the normal number of courses”.

In the light of above mentioned clause I was provided relaxation by Honorable

Zubair Shaikh (The Director) for the return of excess fee charged or settlement of
the same in 8th Semester.

Mr. Zubair Sheikh was kind enough and on the directives vide email made by Mr.
Zubair Sheikh Mr. Noumaan has contacted Mr. Nadeem Sayed (HOD), Mr. Awais
at accounts; who verbally assured me that the issue has been resolved.

I am personally of the view that their may be some misunderstanding in the

accounts department which needs your kind consideration as according to my
records all previous fees has been paid.
I shall be really thankful if you personally look into the matter and advice the
concerned officials for the settlement and rectification of the issue. Looking for
your positive response.
