sedation,paralysis,intubated,or both
cystalloid
CVP <8mmHg 8-12mmHg

8-12mmHG colloid

vasoactive agents <65 or >90mmHg MAP

eg:dopamin 65<MAP<90mmHg

SCVO2 <70% transfusion of red cell until HT >30%

>70% >70%
no goal achieve <70%

yes inotropic agent

hospital admission eg: vascon,dobutamin
Target : volume, pressure, distribution
65<normal MAP<90 mmHg
Dopamin : 2cc/100cc RL ----> 5-10gtt/i
low dose (2-5mcg/BW/i)
Coagulopathy -------> from PLT
SCVO2 80% -------> 80% of O2 exchange in peripher
EGDT in < 6 hours in ED
Dopamin:
low dose (2-5mcg/BW/i) causing vasodilatation in renal and splanchnic vascular
midrange dose (5-15 mcg/BW/i) act on beta adrenergic receptors to increase HR
and contractility
high dose (15-20 mcg/BW/i) act on alpha adrenergic receptors to increase systemic
vascular resistance and raise BP
maintanance dose : <20 mcg/BW/i
Normal CVP : 8-12 mmH2O
Treatment : diuresis -----> furosemide 80-200 mg i.v/two
