    The tenants of house number 15 on the ground floor of 2nd main Nethaji Nagar in Hebbal Kempapura, Bangalore sent a letter to the landlord Mr. James requesting the return of their security deposit of 60,000 INR.     Repsected Sir,

    We the tenants of your house (No.15, ground floor 2 nd main nethaji nagar Hebbal
    Kempapura bangalore-24) were given a verbal notice to vacate the house by you on 6 th march 2011 for
    the reasons best known to you; we accepted the same notice in full faith.

    As per the agreement signed between us on 15th Feb 2011 you gave us one month notice period to vacate
    the house starting 6th March 2011.

    The one month notice period is already over yesterday and you have still not returned the dseposite
    money paid to you in adnvance of 60,000 INR .This is as per the clause no.6 mentioned in the agreement
    signed between you and us on 15th February 2011.You will undeerstand that we are students and depend
    on the money sent by our parents.

    We request you to immediately return the deposite money 60,000 INR so as to make payment for the new
    premises.

    We request you to expedite the payment and relive us amicably.
