Affidavit of Agreement
To whom it may concern: I, Lanto M. Acsaran of legal age, 42 years old, married and a resident of 1106 Arlegui St., Quiapo, Manila hereby depose and say; That I have borrowed an amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 50,000.00) from SFO2 Danilo G Akmad a resident of 1130 Arlegui St., Quiapo, Manila and entering into a Sanla-Upa agreement. That said amount will be returned or paid back after six (6) months upon receipt of this agreement and subjected to possible extension as the case maybe. That upon agreement of both parties, the borrower will be now responsible in paying the monthly room rental obligation of the lender which amounting to Three Thousand Pesos only (Php 3,000.00) starting this coming month of February 2012.. Affixed and attached herewith is our signatures and pictures.
