I/We hereby certify that the erection / re-erection or development work in / on building / part

building on Plot No. ___________ of ____________ situated at Christian Basti , G.S Road in Guwahati

has been supervised by me/us and has been completed on __________according to the plans sanctioned

by G.M.D.A , approval No. ________________________ , dated ____________. The work has been

completed to my/our best satisfaction, the workmanship and all materials (type and grade) have been

used strictly in accordance with general and detailed specifications. No provisions of the Act or the

Building Bye-laws, no transgressed in the course of the work. The building is fit for occupancy for which it

has been erected/re-erected or altered , constructed or enlarged. I/We hereby issue this Completion

Certificate, and Occupancy Certificate giving the permission to Mr. Jiwan Sharma on leasing out the

property at 3rd floor , D.D Tower .

Declaration of No Objection and approval to that effect of the same mentioned above.
