AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED

NINE :MILLION THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
FORTY AND 28/100 (P309,037,840.28) PESOS FOR THE
OPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES
OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF TANGUB FOR CALENDAR
YEAR -2011 AND FOR THE OTHER PURPOSES.

Be it ordained by the City Council of Tangub in session assembled, that:

Section 1. Title. This ordinance shall be known as the Annual

Appropriation Ordinance of the City Government of Tangub.

Section 2. Appropriation of Funds, The Sum of Three Hundred Nine

Million Thirty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty and 28/100
(P309,037,840.28) Pesos is hereby appropriated for operation,
maintenance and other support services of the City Government ofTangub
for Calendar Year-20l1 and for other purposes.

Section 3. Regular Office Operations and Auxiliary Services. The

following amount is hereby appropriated to various offices for personal
services, maintenance and other operating expenses and capital outlay.

Section 5. Sources. The funds appropriated herein shall be taken from the
following sources:

Section 6. Modification of Expenditures Components. Except by act of the

City Council no change or modification shall be enacted in the
expenditures items authorized in this Annual Budget unless in cases of
augmentation from savings in appropriation as authorized under Section
336 of RA 7160 and Article 454 (b) of the Rules and Regulations
implementing the Local Government Code of 1991.

Section7. The Utilization of Appropriation under Non-Office. The 20%

Development Fund in the amount of P54,801,568.06 shall be subject to
subsequent enactment of the City Council in accordance with the Annual
Investment Program of the City.

Section. 8. The appropriation of Cash Gift, Representation and Clothing

Allowance shall be in accordance with RA 8441 and LBC No. 68.

Section 9. Penalty Clause. Funds appropriated herein shall be used and

applied strictly n accordance with the specific appropriation shall be null
and void and shall be subject the erring official or personnel to
disciplinary or criminal action as maybe provided under existing

Section 10. Separability Clause. If for any reason that any section or
provision of this appropriation ordinance is declared unconstitutional or

invalid. other sections or provisions which are not affected thereby shan

Section 1L Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect on January 1.
