For first time I have made a very worst mistake in my life to buy a mobile from you bull shit symbios
online and I will definitely make sure to inform all over the Pakistan people and media that you cheat
the innocent people very cleverly .

On 03rd may 2011 I have places my order to symbios online person as per their statement you will get
the deliver on a very 2 nd day but they forgot to deliver it I reminded it again and the same they said
before after my several reminders on 6 th day finally I have got my mobile N-8 Nokia. first of all the box
was old and was not seal it looks like that the mobile was kept in display counter from a long time no
manual in it when asked your people why you send me that old piece they said if you will purchase any
kinds of mobile from nay where all boxes will be open which is totally wrong secondly I complained
again that the cell have some problem cant hear voice clearly and have signal problem they told me to
bring it to our head office what ever the problem it has you have to pay, I complained server time to
your office but no proper answer, what is this bull shit purchase an expensive set instead of market
which cost 3500/= 7000/= don’t you stupid people haven’t an idea how to retain the customer and how
to deal it how to react the complain and how to solve it. Your only aim is to sell the product making fool
the people. If you have any sort of courtesy you people without wasting time immediately react my
complain otherwise you can never imagine what will I do
