What kind of hometown did you grown up in?

It was lucky for me to get this question because I am really proud of my hometown and I would
love to tell you about it. I grew up in Sai Gon - a city that is considered as Vietnam's signature.
Saigon is not only peppered with historical landmarks but also filled dieverse energy. The city is
the bussiness center of Vietname, therefore, it is densely populated and fueled with visitors
from all over the world.

Sai Gon is well- known for so many things. The first thing to mention is the huge number of
vehicles joining the traffic, which can be mind-blowing to any first-time visitor. The streets are
like, always full of motocycles, cars, buses and sometimes they create such dramtic chaos.
Secondly, the people in Saigon are extremely hospitable and friendly, tourists said in several
interview that Saigon people make them feel like home while travelling there. In addition Some
of them are famous like Ben Thanh Market, Independence Palace, Duc Ba Cathedral, Nha Rong
Harbour - where uncle Ho started his journey to free his people from war and hunger. There are
so many more fascinating things about Saigon that I would love to tell you more about but those
are the most noticable things.

Can you talk about your favorite type of accommodation?

When i got the question sheet, the first thing springing to my mind was my imaginary house. I
have always been attracted to the idea of constructing my own home with many amenities after
watching many ambitious building projects.

When it comes to a place to settle in, what i attacth great importance to is the tranquility,
which is why my dreamt house is gonna be located in a peaceful country, setting far away from
the hustle and bustle city. I love the idea of constructing a two-storey house which would be
cozy and spacious enough for a small family. Leading a minimalist lifestyle, I want the house to
be painted plain white and the inner deisgn to be as simple as possible. Natural light is a must
for the house so big windows and will be placed in every room in order to provide fresh air.

Each bedroom would have a balcony where we can admire the breathtaking view of the paddy
fields and rivers outside at sunset. Juts imagine we get home after a long day of stressful work
and let hair down on the balcony. The furnitures in the house have to be the lastest models, TV
with plasma screens, remote control for the lighting and wireless computers are what I am
dreaming of.

A small lovely garden outside is also a cute idea, I would plant some trees and flowers so I can
chill out at my garden whenever i feel down. If I am able to afford my dream house, I will invite
my parents and siblings to come and spend the days with me.

Describe an event in the past?

Childhood, is perhaps, the most enchanting and beautiful time in our lives and I cherish my
childhood memory very much. However, a devastating accident happened in the past. This
event has left a significant effect in my life.

Like most other school going kids, my mom used to walk me to school every day when i was
young. One day I was walking with my mum and heard from the neighbours that an accident has
happened nearby. As a little kid who was curious about the surroundings, I was a bit confused
about what it was all about. Finally, my mum and I reached the place where the accident took
place. We saw that people had made a crowd around the victims who were already dead. I
observed the dead for the first time in my life. My mom almost fainted while I was shaking after
witnessing such thing. Fortunately, dad came and picked us up so we did not stay there for long.
After returning home I felt sick. Later on, I started realising that our lives are fragile and are not
eternal. We all will die someday no matter what we think we are.

That event helped me grow up quickly and become stronger mentally.I started changing some of
my silly attitudes after the event. I started caring for my parents, relatives, and never harmed a
defenceless creature. I learned that our days are numbered and we have to make the best use
of it. I was so deeply touched that I started praying every day and became kind even to the kids
who were going hard on me. Some people might think that I am just being dramatic and maybe
asking for attention, however, the event revealed reality in front of me.

What factors influence the way you shop?

Being a shopping lover and a consumer myself, I have to say that there are many factors that can
affect my way of shopping. There are price, age, culture, lifestyle, location and so many more to
consider when going shopping. I will just use myself as an example, the first thing that I check
when purchasing something is the price label. It is just simply i cannot buy something that I am
not able to afford, the need of the product does not play a role here but the affordability.

Another factor is age, my taste changes from time to time. Therefore, as a teenager, I feel like I
have more reasons to go shopping more than when I was a kid. Additionally, before buying
something, I will check if they are neccessary for me that much or not, people tend to buy things
and do not use them for later or maybe forget about them, however, I will double check if I really
need something before actually paying for it. Marketing scheme is also a big factor, watching
advertisement is really useful for me since it provides me the information of the products. And
last but not least, poeple's opinion, I care about what others think about me so before
purchasing something like clothes or handbags, i always ask for my parent and my friend's
opinion on them.

In conclusion, there are many factors that influence the way I shop but age, price, advertisment,
opinion and neccessity are the most important ones.

In what ways have shopping habits changed by globalization?

As we know, technology is making more and more developments day by day. Therefore,
globalization and the impact it has on consumer behavior has become a hot topic over the past
few years. In my point of view, there are three ways consumer shopping habits have changed
recently.

The first thing is that customers have more choices. The export and import of countries is being
promoted, therefore, it is easy for consumers to buy products that are not availabe from their
countries.

The next thing is the development of shopping online, this mean that people are able to buy
anthing viturially, since the distance is not the problem when shopping anymore, some people
tend to shop online more nowadays. Not to mention that they can watch reviews from other
buyers and even send a feedback to the shops.

Another cause globalization has made is the advertisment, many more marketing schemes have
been made in order to attarct customers into buying the products. Sometimes they will hire
celebrities to create trends with the products in order to sell them with higher prices. People
who want to be on the lastest trends will surely purchase these stuff.

In conclusion, globalization has left a big impact in our shopping ways, three of them are wider
selection of choices, the technological advancement and marketing schemes.

Describe your favorite objects?

A year ago, I accidentally got my phone robbed while walking on the street. Therefore, I had to
purchase another to use. After several days considering it, I decided to buy the new iPhone
which was recommended by most of my friends.

It is a black one with an elegant design which really caught my attention when I first walked into
the store. It was such an amazing experience when I tried using it for the first time as everything
operated smoothly without any delay. Unlike Android ones, my iPhone can multitask with ease
even at a very low battery state.

Personally, I use it mainly for contacting friends and relatives as it is convenient to quickly access
the contact list and dial numbers. Besides, playing games on this smartphone is an extremely
wonderful experience for me as the screen is sharply constructed and the touch screen is
sensitive enough for me to play without considerable delays. Plus, joining meetings on Zoom or
streaming videos are also my frequent activities which are well supported by the strong
processing core of the phone.

To be honest, I am really into this iphone simply because I purchased it with my own money that
I had earned in my part time jobs. Therefore, I cherish it and be as most careful as possible while
using it. I think that I will use this phone for a very long time before changing into a new one.

Describe a bad shopping experience?

Recently I have encountered an unpleasant situation in which people weren’t completely honest
to me

I was shopping in a shopping mall in Hanoi and bought a new microwave oven several days ago.
It cost me an arm and a leg so I asked the salesman whether it was a brand new one. She replied
to me that it was never used before and I can bring it back within a week for an immediate
exchange or a full refund if there is any mistake. So I took it home, but after trying several times,
I found the equipment was not working as it claimed to be. The food in the oven was still cold
after being heated for even 5 minutes. It seemed to be something wrong with the equipment.

Therefore, I telephoned the after-sales department in that shop to tell them about the faulty
machine. They sent a technician to my home to examine the machine. That man admitted that
my microwave was once sold to others before, and returned afterwards, so I bought a broken
one, and I felt I was cheated and fooled by that salesman obviously. I was really angry with that
salesman, I thought I trusted her, but she didn’t tell me the truth. That crafty saleswoman really
made me sick. So I returned that microwave immediately but to my surprise, they refused to
grant my request for an exchange. Apparently in order to be returned, the oven must still be in
the unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. It came to me as a huge shock
and disappointment.

Anyway, the lesson learnt was, if something sounds too good to be true, it’s probably not true.
Next time I should ask carefully about the exchanges and refunds policy to find out what the
catch is so that any negative feelings can be avoided later.

What do you need to get a good job?

Often we are not accepted immediately in the interview. Recruiting team will have to take into
account all candidates’ performances during the interview to choose the most It’s of common
sense that most people at my age are now seeking for good job opportunity. Thus, I have to get
to know how to leave a good first impression in a job interview. Today, I would like to share with
you some of my knowledge about this topic.

In a professional situation, the first impressions are significantly important. Most job interviews
don’t last more than 45 minutes. In such a short period of time, from those who don’t know
anything about ourselves, we have to persuade them that we are qualified enough for the
position we applied for. Thus, a good first impression can help to increase the success rate in our
application process.

There are many things a candidate can do create positive first impression. You may choose
following some among these tips or all of them, such as arriving on time for the interview,
dressing formally, use appropriate ways of behavior and communications. Besides, there are
some noted points that you should pay much attention to like job description, company
information which you acquired through researches. By going through the required tasks and
skills for the vacancy, company’s culture or giving some suggestions to improve productivity of
the tasks you might be in charge of when you take that position can help you stand out from
other candidate. For me, I would choose to follow all tips above.

Apart from first impression, I strongly believe that last impressions are important as well.
suitable ones for the position. Therefore, good first impression only is not enough, we have to
build good relationship with recruiters by making good last impression, too. By doing so, we
showed our respect to recruiters and the job we apply for.

Being in a job interview is not an enjoyable experience. However, we have to get through it to
pursue our dream jobs. Thus, we should prepare well enough for occasions like that.
