Receiver: Acer Company Goodmorning/Goodafternoon, how
may I Help you?
Caller: Goodmorning/Goodafternoon this is Daryll Anne Reyes. I
would like to complain and express my dissatisfaction to my
laptop I bought online to your company. I am so disappointed of
what I have received today and not receiving any responses to
my email I sent to your online account, I thought your product
is high class but its not.
Receiver: What is the model of the laptop Mam?
Caller: Its Acer Aspire 4741g
Receiver: What is the price of the laptop Mam?
Caller: its Php25,500
Receiver: Ok Mam when did you ordered the laptop?
Caller: Last week July 11, 2016, Monday.
Receiver: Ok Mam what is your account no.?
Caller: My account no. Is 2523942
Receiver: And then your address Mam?
Caller: 52 Maginoo st., Tondo, Manila

Receiver: Alright Mam I will repeat the information. Your name


is Daryll Anne Reyes ordered a Acer Aspire 4741g model last
week July 11,2016, Monday. With the account no. 2523942
delivered at 52 Maginoo st., Tondo, Manila. Are there wrong
informations Mam?
Caller: None its all correct
Receiver: Thank you Mam so what is the problem of the
laptop?
Caller: The laptop Ive received is faulty, it has damages and it
wont work properly. The screen turns black when its already
opening and then theres a noise coming from the speakers and
it irritates my ears. Your product is so annoying and
disappointing because I know your company is one of the top
seller in the market but your product is a piece of trash.
Receiver: Were sorry about the problem of our product Mam.
We will deliver another unit of the product you ordered online
with the same model and we will also deliver another product
as token of our apology.
Caller: No. I demand for a refund, I dont want your offer and
again I want a refund.
Receiver: But Mam it takes a week before we settle your
refund. Is that alright with you?
Caller: Yes its alright I will wait for it.
Receiver: Alright Mam we will settle your refund to your
account in a week and we will inform you about it through
email or we will call you.
Caller: Okay, thank you.
Receiver: Thank you Mam and we deeply apologize about our
product. We hope we will have another transaction with you.
