To supply 1,200.000 Boxes of Saliva injector, amounting one million four hundred & forty thousand
nine hundred and ninety dollars.
We stipulatetively reconfirm that West Africa Health Organisation (WAHO) will make an upfront of
100% of the total contract value to AMERICAN PLASTIC TECHNOLOGIES INC of USA to
Enable them commence the Contract as soon as the contract agreement is sign by the above company.
TEARMS AND CONDITIONS:
(1) The supplier will deliver the all Equipements in good condition.

(2) The supplier has to send a deligate to come and sign the contract agreement document here in
Lome Togo with a signing fee of five thousand eight hundred dollars ($ 5,800.000)

Be Informed that appointment has been fixed for your Director to come to Lome Togo to sign the said
contract Agreement on the 16th of September by 2 p.m. Togo Time and for the immediate Transfer of
your money into your account or paid to you in cash while you are here. Contact this office to confirm
the signing date also made available to us your flight schedule before departure
