WORKING GROUP GOALS Facilitate the effective deployment of small wind power systems to help address energy poverty in Asian developing countries
Target to help 1 million people to get access to electricity by 2015 through the developm ent of small wind power

SHORT TERM OBJECTIVES Facilitate active participation of relevant organizations and major players in Asia, Project development activities conducted for 2-3 target countries and pipeline projects de veloped, Funding sources cultivated and 2-3 projects secured funding or commitment of funding s upport.
