13.Note Note1)Loss of Feed Demonstration of the piping stress analysis at the Loss of Feed Case for most sever line/nozzle between Sub-Cooler nozzle X and Expander outlet nozzle was carried out to confirm its effect, in accordance with joint meeting among QGll, APCI and CTJV. (See Attachment-3) The piping loads on compander are confirmed by APCI and its acceptable. Notes to TABLE-1 1. For random radiography, at least one weld of each welder for every material grouping he welds and weld process he uses shall be radiographed. When required random examination reveals a defect, Progressive Examination shall be applied in accordance with Paragrapf 341.3.4. 2. MT shall be applied for P-1 welds and PT shall be applied for P-8 welds. PT as the substitute of MT for P-1 welds shall be subject to APPROVAL by COMPANY. 3. For weld acceptance criteria, see Paragraph 12.8 of this specification. 4. Appendix 1 dose not apply to Category "D" fluid service. Category "D" piping shall be subject to 100% visual examination in accordance with Paragraphs 341.4.2 and 344.2. 5. When pneumatic test is APPROVAL by COMPANY, the floowing additional inspection to this Table shall be applied, as a minimum: (a) For Pressure Class 300 and Higher 100% RT for all butt welds and 100% MT or PT for final pass for all pressure retaining fillet welds regardless of piping service classes. Notes for TABLE-2 1. Girth Buttwelds and welds attaching insert type contoured branch fittings shall be examined by 100% radiography per paragraph 341.4.3(b) if they are in hydrogen service with a hydrogen partial pressure of 7000kPa abs (1000psia) or more, or with an operating temperature of 205(400F) or higher. 2. There requirements are not applicable to the longitudinal welds in pipe made to API specifications and to the acceptable ASTM specifications shown in QCS/50/00/MP/DB/NA/002. 3. Operating facilities with a quality assurance program that includes strict adherence to fit-up requirements may use the AF inspection requirement. 4. For random radiography, at least one weld of each welder for every material grouping he welds and weld process he uses shall be radiographed. In-process examination (paragraph344.7) may be substituted for random radiography (or ultrasonic methods) with COMPANY APPROVAL. 5.
