Nalin Pant and Technocracy Team Outcomes of Discussion:

1. Conduction of event: y Representative in each Department (Preferably one UG and other PG). Purpose to gather information about ongoing research in the department and publicize the event. y Faculty can help in identifying the PG student. Publicity y Publicity inside the campus and outside the campus. y Abstracts and project information also available to outsiders. Logistics: y Signage s, maps, helpdesk, tours and colour coding to be implemented at the events to showcase each and every aspect of the event. Industry Relations: y Increase awareness in the industry, reaching out to t he industry to showcase the project and facilities available in the IITD. y Finding project which highlight the contribution of IITD to the society. Showcasing them to the industry under the theme 50 things which IITD has done for society for the Open -House on the golden jubilee celebrations. y Last year s Open House projects and FIIT projects will be gone through. TEDex y To be organised week before the Open-House. y Theme related with the IITD , event should act as precursor to the Open House. y

Decisions
y Mail to be sent to students inviting applications for Publicity & Outreach, Website Development, Event Management, Logistics and Industrial Relations. Deadline for applications would be 5 march. CSC to be contacted to provide the access to the technocracy web development team. Information about the website to be collected from Prof. Nalin Pant by the website development team. Website development team to meet Prof P V Madhusudhan Rao on 24 feb at 2:00.
