LOW SPEED, HIGH-TORQUE
Muffin Monster dual shafted grinders feature slow speed rotation (typically 60/47 rpm) The slow speed offers high torque capability enabling the grinder to handle a wider variety of solids than single shafted machines.

CHANNEL GRINDER OPERATION
3 1. Solids and trash are transported to the cutting chamber via the waste stream. 2. Solids pass through the cutters for size reduction. 2 3. Ground material once again enters the waste stream, and the small particles pose no threat to downstream equipment. 4. Grinder features a load sensing and reversal system to clear jams, or alert operators to oversized debris.

Mechanical Shaft Seals High Pressure Capability 6 bar (90psi) No seal flush requiredno packing gland to adjust Utilizes a 0.7, 1.5 or 2.2kW motor with a 29:1 gear reducer. Modular Design easy to remove, self-contained cutter cartridge. Uni-body housing stays in place during maintenance.
