    RE : INTENTION TO PURCHASE OF SILICA SAND FROM BELANGA S.P. SDN BHD Further to our previous dicussion, we wish to propose with the following condition for your consideration. 1) Propose to use Flatt Bottom Barges of 230 feet x 60 feet x 14 feet Approx 3500 MT Tug Boat: Superspeed 8 and Barge HEM 2301 or 40 feet lorry trailer. 2) Price as per discussed at RM 40.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Forty Only ) per Metric Ton FOB vessel, including all export taxes, license, port and custom clearance. 3) 15 000 Metric Tons per month and could be increased upon demand. 4) Loading duration-24hrs upon vessel arrival. 5) Payment 50% upon Loading and 50% upon clearance. 6) Sand Analysis Report, Export license to Singapore and all necessary documents. 7) Contract valid from 1st November 2010 until 31st October 2011. We only purchase silica sand based on our requirement. (Specification Technical Requirement as per attached)
