TREASURER: Sent by email, redistributed by email Marching Director: to report at the quarterly meeting Music Director: Recommend to look into a budget for upgrading our sound system for the next quarterly meeting. Safari Committee: All summer safaris are over and went very well. Letter from Medicine Hat inquiring for availability next year 25-26th of July. Set amount for gratuities for the bus driver. NEW BUSINESS: Received from Regina Shrine club an amount of $ 2,449 which is 50% of the costs for uniforms Calgary Stamped: Parade is 4.5 km, BBQ at 6pm, Friday Breakfast at 6am. Parade time is 1:30 hours, parade is July 6th, free admission to stamped park. Ladies shirts: President recommends paying first $20 to the shirts, Brian seconds. Lumsden Parade: Sept 5th Next practice: Sept 12th at 7:00 for music and 8pm for band. Next Meeting: Annual meeting. October 24th. Meeting closed at 8:10pm.
