1. We need to make a paste of ginger, garlic, cilantro and green chillies(masala paste). 2. Heat oil in a mud pot. Please add mustard seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay Leaf and peppercorns. After a minute please add sliced onion and fry till it turns gold brown. 3. Then please add the masala paste and fry it and please add rice and mix well. Cook it for five minutes, then add water and salt. Cook the rice nicely and serve with curd.
