Booth at the Global Village in the XVII International AIDS Conference.

The NGO Booth package includes (6 square meters):

• 3 x hard white walls: 2x (2mz x 2.48mh), 1x (3mz x 2.48mh)
• 1 header sign (including name of organization)
• 2 shelves
• 2 chairs
• 1 table (skirted)
• 1 wastebasket
• 1 light and electricity
• Carpet
• Services included: insurance, cleaning

Applicants may bring their own additional furniture or items required for the booth or
request additional furniture or services with an extra charge. More information on this
note will come shortly.

If you accept to participate, you are requested to confirm your attendance by May 5th,
2008. Along with your confirmation, please let us know the language in which your
activities will be conducted.

by an international reviewing committee. Each proposal has been carefully appraised
according to specific review and scoring criteria and the highest scoring proposals have
been selected and discussed at the Programme Activities Planning Meeting held in Mexico
City with the international reviewing committee.

We regret to inform you that unfortunately your proposal was one of several quality
submissions that were not accepted for inclusion in the Global Village programme.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your contribution to the XVII
International AIDS Conference, and we look forward to seeing you in Mexico City.
