CIS 110 Fast Track Option

ADVANCED students may opt for the FastTrack option for completing CIS 110. Students who wish to take advantage of this offer must email me (collins@clevelandcommunitycollege.edu) BEFORE the end of the first week of class Thursday, 09/8/2011 at 11:59 PM. Failure to notify me within the first week of class will result in your having to complete the course at the normal pace. The FastTrack option will contain fewer assignments, but with less leniency on grading. If you fail the FastTrack option, then you must go back and COMPLETE ALL requirements in the normal paced course. You will only have one week to catch up on the two weeks that you will be behind. The FastTrack requirements must be completed by the end of week 3 (9/26/2011 by 11:59 PM

ASSIGNMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1) Course ORIENTATION Assignments (Week 1)

2) Complete the Concepts Final Exam (located in Week 14 of the course) a) You can only take this exam one time. It is a timed test, has 100 questions and you have 50 minutes to complete the exam. b) If you fail the FastTrack option, your grade on the Concepts Final exam is final - you will not get a retake on this exam (under the normal-paced version of the course).
