A brief intro of the Business Associate channel: A BA is an Individual entrepreneur, Partnering with KLI to recruit a team of advisors and

managing business through them. All the advisors mapped to the BA work like normal advisors and are eligible for all commission / contest extended to advisors mapped directly to the company. Will be remunerated basis the performance of these advisors. We would hire Business Associate Managers (BA Manager) who would be responsible to recruiting, training, developing BAs & driving business objective. BA Manager would be on our rolls. Job Profile of a BA Manager: A BA Manager would be responsible for the following: Contracting BAs Developing Distribution thru this channel Ensuring proper training for BAs Ensuring delivery of Sales nos etc.

Candidate profile: We are looking at hiring BA Managers at a Manager/Senior Manager level. The incumbent should be a grad/PG with atleast 4+ yrs of experience into Sales (with the latest being in Life Insurance) with a successful track record of performance. Sal Range: Rs 3.5-4.5LPA + reimb+incentive
